The Client Portal provides Managers and Customers access to all the information reported through the App.  Fully customisable, you can set up your customer and site lists, security operatives and managers; and tailor reports to meet your customers KPIs.

The Portal allows you to schedule shifts, repeat rotas and automatically notifies staff of new shifts, which they can then respond to through the App.

Recieve a daily SIA licence report, confirming which of your staff have a licence that's due to or already expired.

Download reports to send to your customers or give them their own log in details to access reports related to their site or venue.

Security Operative Guide

 

Focal Point enables Security Operatives to access assignment information, confirm venue inductions and provide reports using just their mobile phone.

As the operative starts a shift they log in to the app.  This records their GPS location as well as checking their SIA licence is valid, ensuring SIA compliance.

Reporting an incident is easy using the simple form or the audio report function allows users to record information while undertaking a site patrol.  All information is automatically deleted from the users phone once it has been uploaded to the app.
